TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the Services and Products advertised and available via this Website from Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting. Please read the terms in full before you make a purchase.

1.0 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
1.1 By making payment of a deposit, repayments, or full payment for any Service or Product with Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.
1.2. If you do not accept these terms, we will be unable to provide you with a Service and/or Product. Proceeding with your purchase implies that you accept these terms.
1.3 At any time by notice to you or by means of a notice on our website www.alexwrightmoore.com, we may vary our Terms and Conditions. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.

2.0 Purchaser responsibilities
2.1 Upon booking a Service or Product with Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure timely disclosure of any health or medical conditions, dietary requirements, medications, allergens, or injuries which may affect your participation in any of the proposed activities.

2.2 Bookings are accepted on the understanding that all persons are normally in good health and able to fulfil the physical demands of the Service and/or Product purchased (including, but not limited to: coaching programs, reiki, sound therapy, aromatherapy and retreats).​

2.3 Purchasers are responsible for their own travel to and from venue where a Service is being provided and organising personal travel insurance for retreats.

3.0 Purchaser code of conduct​
3.1 When engaging with Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting, purchasers commit to honouring our code of conduct including refraining from any behaviour that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in Australia.
4.0 Payment policy
4.1 Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting will always require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The value of this deposit will vary depending on the value of the Service offering, but be clearly articulated via this Website or Service advertising/promotional material for the Service.

4.2 Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting does not accept cash payments for Services and Products. All payments must be made via electronic bank transfer or credit/debit card.

4.3 Bank fees incurred by transferring money are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
​
4.4 Payment must be made in full for any services rendered, and must be made at least;
-
24 hours before an individual face-to-face or online session and virtual women's circle; or
-
58 days prior to retreat commencement (unless prior arrangements have been made).

4.5 Failure to pay within the aforementioned time frames may result in deposits being forfeited and Services being resold.
​
4.6 The participant is responsible to pay for all extra services not included in the Service Offering by the
agreed payment method.

5.0 Cancellation by Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting
5.1 Every effort will be made to deliver all Services and Products as advertised. However, group events planned 12-24 months in advance, may be affected by a third party which is beyond the scope of Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting's control.

5.2 Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting reserves the sole right, at our discretion, to modify or cancel our Services and Products at any time. We will notify you of any changes as soon as reasonable and this will form part of our contract with you.

5.3 In the instance of a cancellation made by Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting, we will, if possible, provide with an alternative:
-
Rescheduled date if feasible; or
-
Credit voucher for other workshops, retreats or events of an equivalent or closely similar standard and price, if available; or
-
Cancellation with a full refund of all monies paid.
5.4 Every effort will be made to keep purchasers up to date with activities, but no guarantee can be made, and no compensation is payable by Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting or a third party venue operator for the cancellation or failure to meet those times.

6.0 Cancellation by Purchaser
6.1 If a purchaser must cancel a booking, there will be a cost involved. The purchaser is required to provide notice of the cancellation directly and have an acknowledgement of receipt from Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting, (except in special circumstances). If this does not occur, it is not considered a cancellation until a written notice is received by Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting.

6.2 In the case of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:

For in person or online individual sessions: 50% of the total costs payable will be forfeited if Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting receives less than 24 hours of notice of a cancellation. 100% of the total costs payable will be forfeited if Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting receives less than 10 hours of notice of a cancellation.

For retreats and group events: 80% of the total participation costs payable will be forfeited if Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting receives less than 30 days of notice. 100% of the total participation costs will be forfeited if cancellation is within 15 days of the event.

If the host can find a replacement wait list participant (or the purchaser can nominate a suitable replacement to take the place), the purchaser will receive a refund for the balance for the Service (noting that deposits are non-refundable). This will incur a 10% administration fee based on the total cost of participation, which will be deducted from the purchaser's total refund amount.

If purchasers do not attend the purchased Service (i.e. a no show), 100% of the total participation costs will be forfeited.

6.3 If illness or injury prevents you from attending a Service and you wish to cancel your booking, Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting requires a medical certificate and written notice to complete the cancellation, and these will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7.0 Content
7.1 All rights, title and interest in and to Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting individual and group Services and Products are exclusively owned by Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting, including all associated intellectual property rights.

7.2 Purchasers and participants acknowledge and agree that feedback, comments or suggestions provided regarding the Services will be the sole and exclusive property of Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting.
8.0 Data use and protection
8.1 Photographs and/or filming may be taken of activities and participants at group Services (including retreats and workshops) facilitated by Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting.
8.2 By participating in Services and events facilitated by Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting, participants provide permission for Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting to use such recordings without any prior consent for promotional or advertising purposes, without any compensation to participants, or without receiving written permission from participants.
8.3 If participants do not wish for photographs to be taken or to be used by Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting or through other media channels including social media, participants are required to submit this in writing (via email to alexwrightmoore@gmail.com) and let the facilitator know at the event.
8.4 Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting assures that all personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy and will be treated confidentially and not be transferred to any third party other than necessary to fulfil the booking or deliver the requested service.
8.5 As part of providing our Services, Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting may need to provide certain communications via email and text message, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and fall under these Terms and Conditions as part of booking in for a Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting Service or retreat.
8.6 The purchaser can terminate this agreement at any time in written form (via email to alexwrightmoore@gmail.com) and must receive a return confirmation. In that case, the personal data and/or footage will not be used for marketing/market research purposes.​​​​​

9.0 Exclusion of liability

9.1 Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting and Alex Wright-Moore do not accept any liability or associated costs for transport, medical attention, or illness as a result of purchaser failure to disclose.

9.2 All purchasers acknowledge at the time of booking that neither Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting, nor Alex Wright-Moore, are liable for the results of Services and Products purchased and individuals take personal responsibility for their own service experience and impacts - noting that individual experiences and impacts will vary.

9.3 Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting and Alex Wright-Moore, do not accept any business or personal liability for any damage, loss, expense, or other sum(s) of any description (1) which is in the basis of the information you have provided, or in relation to your booking (2) which did not result from a breach of contract or other fault by Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting.​
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) fraud; (iii) misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter; or (iv) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the law of Australia.

10.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information in these Terms and Conditions are correct. However, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website at any time and without notice.

11.0 Governing Jurisdiction

11.1 This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australia.
