This combination offering provides the opportunity for a deeply restorative multi-sensory experience drawing upon somatic modalities of reiki, sound therapy and aromatherapy to enhance energy flow, facilitate relaxation, boost holistic well-being and increase energetic vitality.
For those wishing to explore only one or two of these modalities at the same time, this is also available with sessions able to deep dive into your preferred modality of choice.

Alex's work as a certified holistic coach, reiki practitioner, sound therapist and aromatherapy practitioner, has seen her support others to facilitate meaningful transformations in their lives.
Alex is passionate about guiding people to deeply understand themselves and remove conditioning so they can bring their unlimited potential and purpose to life. Working with both the energy body and mind, Alex draws upon neuro-linguistic programming, behavioural science, human design and intuition to guide you back to your own internal wisdom and help you to connect more deeply to the answers that live within.
An experienced holistic practitioner, Alex also assists in releasing beliefs, patterns, behaviours and emotions that may be inhibiting progress, clearing the way for the results you yearn for.
