CREDENTIALS

Alex's career has seen her work as a multidisciplinary leader in humanitarian, government, public administration, not-for-profit, civic and community sectors. Alex's coaching methodologies have also been tried and tested globally, helping men and women to transform their careers and lives across Asia, Africa, Europe and Oceania.

Starting out as a coach in sporting and academic arenas, Alex's first taste of coaching began 20 years ago working with representative netball and debating teams in Australia, prior to transitioning to coaching and mentoring individuals and teams within broader academic and workplace settings.

To formalise her professional coaching credentials, Alex completed professional training as a leadership, performance and executive coach while working as a public service Executive in Australia, followed by an Accelerated Coaching Certification with Authentic Education. These qualifications enable Alex to holistically coach across both career and life dimensions, leading to powerful results in the lives of those she works with.

Alex's credentials as a holistic coach are globally recognised, enabling Alex to work with individuals from all parts of the world to foster positive transformations.

Alex's academic qualifications in Behavioural Science, Communications, International Studies, Law and Languages, are complemented by the diverse professional experience Alex has gained working with clients both domestically and abroad. Throughout her career, Alex has also undergone extensive training to facilitate inclusiveness in her work with culturally and linguistically diverse and LGBTIQA+ communities, vulnerable family groups and survivors of trauma.

Alex is certified to incorporate high performance coaching, mindset coaching, leadership coaching, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) into all coaching programs offered by Wright Moore Coaching and Consulting. Furthermore, as an experienced energy practitioner, Alex is able to customise programs to incorporate a range of energetic healing modalities.
