Alex regularly shares insights from her work as a holistic coach who specialises in delivering women's empowerment programs. Alex's passion for this subject is evidenced in her work for HerCanberra where Alex served as a columnist from 2021-24 answering everyday questions from those seeking to realise positive changes in their lives.
Alex's work with fellow coaches, also sees Alex work in partnership with her peers to deliver training and educational events which holistically support and empower individuals and communities to flourish.
Passionate about sharing her personal experience as a humanitarian with the United Nations, Alex often draws upon her International human rights career - as well as her work coordinating domestic and family violence and child sexual assault response programs - to advocate for greater opportunities for women in a world where womankind continue to be represented by all the wrong statistics.
